- yanping(:Dear C1 Ares students, Please be reminded of the visit to SISPEC on 7 July 2010 (Wednesday). You are required to report to the area in front of the auditorium punctually at 12.30pm to have your attendance taken and board the buses to leave for SISPEC. You will be dismissed from lesson at 12pm. As it is an official school activity, you have been excused from your CCA on that day. CT reps and Assistant CT reps are to ensure that the class reports punctually and facilitate the respective teachers-in-charge in attendance taking. All students please note the following: a) Early Lunch Lunch is not provided, you should have your lunch before the visit. b) Attire · Attire for girls: College PE T-shirt/ blouse with college skirt and comfortable walking shoes · Attire for boys: College PE T-shirt/ shirt with college pants and comfortable walking shoes c) Things to bring · All students are to bring along their NRICs. Foreign students need to bring their student passes for verification purposes. · You are reminded to travel light for the day. · You should bring along an umbrella/ cap and water. · No laptops, thumbdrives and cameras are allowed in SISPEC. · If you are bringing a camera handphone, please keep them and turn them to silent mode throughout the visit. They should only be used for taking/making calls and not for photography/video recording. Please note that SISPEC has the right to confiscate any camera handphone used for unauthorized photography/video recording. d) Grouping All students will be given a color wrist band which will represent their respective groupings. This color group will remain throughout the whole visit and no swapping is allowed. e) Transport To and fro transport between HCI and SISPEC has been arranged. You will be dismissed from school at about 6.30 pm. |
